Iran is willing to resume nuclear discussions with Washington on condition that it is treated with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's foreign minister has stated.

The Iranian diplomat said exclusively dialogue worked, and disclosed fresh requests had originated from intermediaries to reopen talks with the American leadership. He claimed Iran possessed no secret atomic facilities, and Tehran could not yet authorize the global atomic watchdog to visit bombed nuclear sites for protective measures.
